We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and the wrong items can  be ordered. In these cases, we will work with you to return items as listed below:

Return Period:

Little Trooper Books observes a 30 day return period. Items must be returned within 30 days of order in a new and unworn condition. We will then process the return and refund the customer less a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping & Packaging Costs:

Little Trooper Books generally only ships within the United States unless a special arrangement has been made with us. If you require international shipping, please contact us at info@littletrooperbooks.com and we will negotiate a shipping price for you. We use USPS for shipping items.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods:

Customer is responsible for shipping costs and coordination to return unwanted products to Little Trooper Books. 

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods:

If you receive damaged / defective / incorrect goods, please email us at info@littletrooperbooks.com with a photo as soon as possible. In cases where items need to be returned, Little Trooper Books will pay all shipping costs. Generally we will send out a replacement item(s) immediately.

Products Exceeding the Return Period:

Products are not eligible to be returned after a 30 day period from time of order.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

Please email us at info@littletrooperbooks.com with your order number and a photo if item is defective, damaged or incorrect (see above). We will give you an address where you can ship the product to. Once the item has been received by us and is confirmed to be in new and unworn condition, we will refund the item price less a 10% restocking fee.
